Who owns this business? no customer service skills, possibly the rudest, abrupt sounding person I have dealt with. We were refused access to our vehicle after it has been in an accident and police organised this company to tow it. He refused to give us details of where it has been towed to. I would not recommend

If I could give 0 star for this company, I would. My car was towed with by company as recommended by police.The staff in there was really rude. Didn’t let me get my stuffs from the towed car. Didn’t communicated well. Delay in process and unhelpful people.
