Very poor. We were looking for a quote on a new system and/or the cost to mend the existing one. They said they we would need to pay for a technician to review it which we did. Spent $200 on technician reviewing. This was done at start of February. Six weeks later still no quote despite numerous calls. Will need to write off $200 and move on to someone else.

Very poor and unreliable service area. Waiting for the technician for few weeks each time. After last recent problem and promise to attend in a couple of days I gave up. No one turned up at all and I finally changed my gate and garage door repairer.

A most difficult company to deal with. Slow to return any calls, paid hefty deposit (35%) then no contact for 1 month, with not even a proposed start date. Eventually asked for refund of deposit, and that took time. Cannot recommend this company at all. Used Autopass instead.
