I recently took my late model Subaru Liberty in to see Glenn & Chris.They suggested new coil-overs, which I went with.These guys are fabulous and they transformed my car into something I now utterly enjoy driving.Great service from the both of them and at a very reasonable price.You can't go past their expertise & service.

absolute disgusting service for what i expected to be one of the best suspension tuners in melb.my s15 with fully optioned brand new hardrace adjustable arms with BC coils was taken to them for an alignment, and come back out with serious damage to my locking collars, rounded nuts on the arms, springs were not preloaded and there was like an inch of play on the springs when full droop.. not recommended to be adjusted this way by BC..they also said there was a serious bump steer issue and were about to go ahead and heat and bend my knuckles to fix it n quote me another fair few hours for that..i chat with heasman suspension who have an s14 with exact same arms and they have not had to mod knuckles or change anything and they have no bump steer issues..when trying to address these issues with Chris, he seemed to always be impatient and not willing to talk with me.. just expects that i trust everything him and Glen say and do, add all these extra pieces of work to the bill, trying to jib anyone for extra dollars..he asked me to wait week on week while their hoist was out of action before i could bring my car back in to have these issues resolved.. for apparently the past month to 2 months now it hasnt been working.. out of curiosity i asked who the hoist manufacturer / service provider was, as i was interested to know for myself looking at buying a hoist so i could steer away from any provider that would take a month to fix a hoist for a business who relies on it daily..i was accused of interrogating, so i tried to explain but was hung up on the face and no calls back or reply to msgs and emails..I don't know why I didn't learn from my first experience with my s2000 with these guys when they told me 200 for alignment. Go back to pick it up n told what they did is illegal, will cost 450 and I can only pay in cash and no reciept. I was young and gullable and thought these were the only guys that were good at suspension tuning in melb. I was Soo very wrong.i was never given a spec sheet for the s15 so no clue what my alignment settings were either..i spoke with JustJap (BC Distributors Aus) and they said i wasnt the only one to have complaints of Centreline and have therefore mentioned theyre not a recommended installer anymore.. JustJap were very professional in resolving the matter with me personally and so i did not pursue the issue with Centreline as they prove rather impossible to deal with when there are issues and someone with abit more understanding questions there wrong doing.poor service for such an expensive charge, disgusting customer service.. Centreline are just perfect at making people believe youre in good hands, one hand over your shoulder and the other in your pocket trying to see how deep.

Glen did an amazing job on my FG falcon replacing the old springs and shocks. I had the car back within 3 hours and everything feels amazing. I highly recommend this place for your suspension needs!

Can't thank these guys enough. Managed to squeeze me in and did beyond a great job. I honestly didn't think it was possible to have a 38 year car drive so dead straight and perfectly. The wheel alignment alone was by far better than all the shops in the north. If you really love your car come here for your wheel alignments. Good year left my camber bolts loose causing bearing failure. These guys fixed it and saved me 100s of dollars and weeks of waiting for another engineer report. Thank you for everything, will bring ever car here from now on. Drives better than it did the day it rolled off the factory floor.

Glen was very good, knows what he is talking about and doing. Gave me a quote, which was the finale price, which is always great. Did the work very fast for me seeing I needed my car for work. All round good quality work and good customer service. 100% recommend.

Thanks again Glenn & Chris, I have been coming to you for 25 years first with my vl Group A and now with my HSV Clubsport, my axle tamp issue has now been finally resolved just good clean wheel spin when I mash the throttle! Thank you for all your expertise and development of my suspension, now I have a comfortable ride, razor sharp handling and no axle tramp which has been an issue since I purchased the car new.Looking forward to using your services again with my other projects.
