Brad came on time and was extremely polite and professional. He fixed the valve in the tap and needed to chip away at the tiles to extract and replace the valve. He used quality parts that will last for many years. He also identified another problem and fixed it immediately. He was very fast and the quality of his workmanship was truly excellent. His prices were fair and reasonable. He has clearly been doing his trade for many years and knows how to fix all plumbing related problems and he provided great recommendations on the best course of action to take. I will be recommending Brad to my family and friends.

I had an emergency related to a sump pump failure during a storm. Brad attended the site after hours and quickly cleaned up the mess and got the pump working again. He also came back in another day and installed a new quality pump.
