I was in the market for a Brother A3 Printer and there was almost none left in Melbourne. I contacted Frank at Pronto and they had one left in stock. The purchase price was great and the process was seamless, but as it was lockdown I could not pick-up the Printer. Frank took the initiative and asked if I would like it sent by Courier, and after providing a very reasonable price, he organised everything for me. The printer arrived today and is already connected & working. A HUGE thanks to Frank and to Pronto. Your customer service and communication is exceptional.
