went in yesterday and had a massage after a very long time dealing with a pinched nerve in the neck , so i stopped going. this time i went in and had no pain as i stopped going there for months and now have a pinched nerve in my neck on the other side again.

Used to be good few years back, now you can tell they don't enjoy what they do. They're more interested in talking to each other in their language while the customer is laying there not getting what he or she paid for.

Came to the shop at 3.15pm for a massage they told me to come back at 4pm.I waiting and sat in the shopping centre until 3.55pm and went back only to be told by the lady that someone else was already booked at 4pm.No respect of other people's time.

HA'S CHINESE MASSAGE
I decided to try this as I walked past it and needed a massage as had pulled a muscle in my thigh from the gym. After the massage the pain in my thigh is almost gone which is good but unfortunately the experience wasn’t that great. The lady was super rough on my entire body especially my head and face. I now have pain in my head, face, chest and back. Im surprised how rough someone could be on a fragile part of the body. I was trying to enjoy it but unfortunately I will not be coming back here again.

I had a back problem for years.(sciatica)I told the lady where it was always a problem.After the first visit it was ok.I went again about a week later,had same massage and it felt alot better.So now i go at least once a fortnight.

Worst massage I ever have in my life. Unprofessional therapist and dont even do full 30 min. Attending other walkin customer using time i paid for. Instead of leg massage I felt like its body shaking massage...will never go their again. I doubt they have ever done any professional certification in Australia.
