I’ve never looked back since starting personal training with Cody. I see the results, he keeps me motivated and he is genuinely passionate about what he does. He plans and takes the time to ensure that no two sessions are the same - which always keeps things interesting! I would highly recommend Renegade Fitness!

I reached out to Cody a few months ago after searching online for a personal trainer that could come to our house so we could fit in training around our little one and crazy work schedules. From the first message to now Cody has been so accomodating, unbelievably reliable, not to mention made my personal transition to exercise back post baby such a great experience. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy our 5am sessions 3 x a week and can't believe how much better our strength and overall tone is already after only a few months. Definitely the best decision we ever made switching from a generic gym setup to mobile personal training, something we will continue forever now! Thank you Cody

Renegade Personal Training
I've been training with Cody for 5 years now and improved so much - fitter, stronger and so much more energetic. I'm now achieving things that I never thought possible, like training for running a half marathon with a fused ankle (which we have been gradually strengthening), and continually improving my times in swimming and cycling too. Every session is fun (still!) and Cody knows exactly what I can do and how to motivate me so I get results.I also get so much enjoyment out of training with my family, including my two kids - we're all very different and Cody does a wonderful job of working with us at our own level. Being able to train at home is super convenient and Cody's flexibility to be able to do online sessions is fantastic when fitting in training around work and family.Thanks so much for all your hard work Cody, I really appreciate it and can't wait to see what we can achieve in the next 5 years!

I'm not a hardcore fitness guy - just want to stay in shape - but he's helped me push through mental barriers and achieve more in such a short space of time than I ever would have on my own. He's not in your face" drill sergeant type. He's always calm and encouraging. With Cody's help

I discovered Cody's training services off my local area page, he came highly recommended. I am in my 5th week of training with Cody twice a week, I can't speak highly enough of Cody. He is punctual, personable, fits in with my schedule, arrives on time, is responsive and most important of all, makes me accountable and motivates me to achieve my best in my training. I have noticed a significant difference in a short time on my ability to get through and recover from the training and feel fantastic! Cody mixes up the training sessions and continues to challenge and push me to improve. Finding Cody is one of the best things I have done in my plan for improved self care!

Cody is a very knowledgeable and adaptable trainer. He is encouraging so we get the most out of our training. He adapts sets and exercises to avoid injury and always ensures our form is correct. It is very convenient that he trains us at home and at a time that suits all of us. We train as a family, sometimes as individuals and with friends. We always feel satisfied and accomplished at the end of our sessions.

I have been doing personal training with Cody and my best friend for around 3 months and can already notice a huge difference in the way I look and feel.Every session with Cody is different, interesting and dare I even say fun (I hope he doesn't read this and get a big head).If you're debating whether to give it a try or not, just do it and don't look back. I had a gym membership which I never used - I haven't missed a single session with Cody and I'm happier and healthier as a result.Highly recommend this awesome personal trainer.
