Harbour Town Self Serve Car Wash

For the love of God, DO NOT USE THE BUBBLE BRUSH. Followed instructions and washed it off immediately and it still RUINED my car's paint. Completely wrecked the paint by turning it into a dull, washed out swirled mess.

The hand car wash is absolutely rubbish they have no clue

Worst car cleaning facility. Used both vacuum cleaners only for 1 to have very minimal suction and the other, no suction at all.Went to wash my car and half of the cleaning options didn't work particularly the soap brush, conditioner and low pressure soak, which I like to use.Definitely a place to stay away from and I certainly will be sharing my experience with family and friends

Used this place for long time but enough is enough!you hope for improvement but never happens!Swirls marks everywhere....few tiny dints because of the rubbish hoses....bubble brush is of an awful quality...short hoses...Swinging brace on the roof is a constant fight as is stiff and barely follows you! 3hours before something comes out from hoses...Tri colour conditioner hose too short!!!and splatters everywhere except in your car and takes almost a minute to stop the dribble and come out somehow properly"! Soap strenght is like fresh water....almost put 20 dollars and paint surface is really rough! No feeling of wax at all!it actually removes the wax you put after a proper wash! And following wax... (I tried many times)...1 bay only accept coins....no changing coin machine readily visible! rubbish sometimes on the floor!Dark...narrow bays....Took me more than 1 year to understand that this place is a waste of money as there are way better carwashes around the corner!"

A nice and easy to use car wash centre.As I use this place mainly to wash down my jetski, i find it a bit frustrating that only the first two bays have a marine wash. It would be so good if they could be installed in all the bays to save waiting time.

Well priced at $5 per wash lasting around 6 minutes. Allow a double on a medium sized vehicle.I will take a stool next time so I can wash the roof of my SUV.The detergent is 1st class and leaves your vehicle with an excellent shine and spot free

Worst experience at a car wash i’ve ever had. When I got there, two other blokes were washing their cars and complaining already.Followed all instructions and I still left with a more dirty looking car than when I got there. Poorly maintained equipment. Never again. Waste of money, petrol and time.

Convenient place for self-serve car wash. The bays are large enough to wash Motorhomes.

Went to this Carwash. A lot of the options on the wash cycle did not work and it took $12 of my money. When I complained to the person working there he gave me another 3mins wash time. No good if your washing stations don’t work. Don’t use this place.

only one vacuum has hose attached, but it is not working. saw heaps of cars paid for vacuum but couldnt see any number you could call when it was not working.oh. Only bay No.4 accepts coins. others are $5 for 7 mins, no pause. have to finish in 7mins. It's not very convenient when you only need one extra minute to rinse your car.
