In an Industrial area, a bit confusing on arrival. Barely any clear signage to indicate you are at the right location and that there is a Post Office there..seems to be two businesses in one.That aside on walking inside the service was helpful and efficient.

Totally unsatisfactory service. Notified (by card left at home address) that a package was awaiting collection here. On arrival to collect it I was informed that the package was NOT there. My query ‘ where is it then?’ was answered ‘I don’t know, the lady who delivers might have it in her van, or it might be back at the Mornington sorting centre.’ What happens now? This is an important document! So frustrating!!
