Windows on the World
The process with Windows on the World was a very frustrating one for us as multiple times they did not deliver on what they promised, and the project manager was on many occasions very rude. One day before the agreed install date, after multiple emails with no reply, they informed that the window and door was nowhere near completed and the install date with be two months from the agreed date! The project manager tried to shift the blame to us. This left us with no door in the peak of winter. The finished product was fine but the process to get to the end was extremely painful and disappointing.

I am the husband of Wen and just want to make clear the facts. We signed off on the 14 March, as our deadline was the last week of May. This was a very reasonable timeframe and well within the WOTW contracted manufacture and install time allowances. On 24 April we received an email from Daniel (WOTW Project Manager) saying install would take place between 20 May and 24 May and he would confirm the exact date closer to that time.On 15 May not hearing back from Daniel I sent another email asking for the exact date. He then replies on the 16 May saying I cannot advise exact date at the moment
