Thanks Garry and staff for your caring and the loving way we said goodby to our beloved dog euro after having him for 14 years having to say goodby was so hard but you made it a little easier with your compassion thanks from Leonie and Michael 25th March

My cat had been vomiting bile for two days, I couldn’t get in with my regular vet so I booked with Woofpurnay.I had to wait 60 minutes to be seen, then when I finally saw vet Gary Stapleton, he seemed to dawdle in the appointment and after a very brief examination, told me she was otherwise ok and just needed her diet changed and gave me paraffin oil for her hair balls.I knew something was still wrong with her, so I got a second opinion yesterday. After a more careful examination and an in house blood test, we found my cat had extremely elevated kidney enzymes and was in stage 4, and that she was born with polycystic kidneys and she had finally succumbed to the disease.I had to make the difficult decision to put her to sleep, but I am so disgusted with the unprofessionalism of this clinic and that I had to pay $85 for this service. If you care about your animals, I would suggest taking them anywhere else but here.

After having initially been to another clinic to have our puppy’s leg looked at, we made the smart decision to come to Woofpurnay. Their experience and care meant our puppy’s leg was accurately diagnosed and appropriate measures could be taken to get it on the mend. Plus all facilities needed onsite to ensure your pet gets what it needs.Would absolutely recommend Woofpurnay to anyone who is considering visiting.

Staff are always friendly and extremely caring towards the animals. They always explain things in terms we can understand. Gary Stapleton is amazing with my 2 pups. He is always attentive and caring. No matter the reason we need to visit his clinic. Highly recommend.

Extremely friendly staff and great facilities like the pool! But those are only extras and unfortunately that’s not what I’m looking for in a vet. I’m looking for the quality and professionalism in advice and treatment of my pet which was not present in every visit. Probably not a good sign when you have to remind the HEAD Vet to do his job. 4 months ago we had a general check up on our doggo (who has since past two months later) we had to keep telling him to check her (ears, glands, general body, eyes) basically all that’s involved in a basic checkup WE had to ask him to do. Disappointing a vet with 50 years experience has to be reminded what a general check up means… Found him slow and inattentive and pretty apathetic (vet nurse was lovely and helpful and giving our dog heaps of love calming her anxiousness). When we got home we noticed small lumps under her jaw which should have been picked up. Unacceptable for the price you pay nonetheless our pets aren’t just pets, they’re family and always deserve a higher standard of care. I wouldn’t want to think that the early signs of our doggos cancer could have been accidentally missed due to negligence and disinterest.

What an experience. Thank you to the amazing receptionist (cant remember her name sorry) and to Gary and the lovely nurse for taking amazing care of Tommy my cat.Everything happens for a reason, and i just so happened to book with Woofpurnay because my vet was booked out; and im glad i did!!My cat had a tooth removed, a problematic claw clipped, received antibiotics and saline. Tom is now strutting around a few hours later free from pain!!Looking at some of the reviews, there are 1 stars but no record of those customers on file according to Woofpurnay... Fake customer reviews are obvious.

The front desk lady was lovely, but the rest of my experience was far from that, i was nervous coming here already with some of there terrible reviews but i bit the bullet, A vet named Gary did only 2 tests, which by the way didn't at all seem legit, one of the tests he had a cotton ball and just dropped up and down and the other he shined a light into his eye can you believe those lame tests cost me $150 which is absolutely ridiculous as a 16 year old girl having to pay that, he diagnosed my cat with iris pigmentation but i still had a bad feeling a took him else where he was later diagnosed with iris melanosis if i hadn't taken him to the other vet no action would have been made, He is booked in to get his eye removed now!!i strongly believe these people do not truely care about your animals, or just don't know about animals, please do not take them here and cause yourself the hassle.

Although Gary is very personable, he is terrible vet. My family has been seeing Gary for many years and I always thought he was an amazing vet because he is so lovely and has so many years of experience. I started doubting this when my he treated my dog for a skin condition for months on end without improvement. After going to a specialist, he told me they had confirmed his diagnosis and to continue treating. After many more months I decided to trial another vet and when checking the history from the specialist it had actually said it was NOT what Gary had said it was. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to treat this condition and for a vet to lie to me to continue getting service is horrific.
