Bought two gold rings and a necklace. The necklace has been fine but the rings are terrible quality. Both have lost the gold colour, one has bent out of shape and is completely distorted now and 3 stones have already fallen out. Ordered 3rd of January so not even a month. Update to add, the necklace just broke.

I was just looking at the jewellery" today that i purchased approx 2 years ago - 5 rings & 5 pairs of earrings all rose gold. Loved the designs. Within months the huggies earrings were so flimsy they wouldn't close. The rings i only ever wore if i was heading out for a few hours & then i would return them into the packaging

I purchased online and the delivery was so quick! I absolutely love my items, good quality and reasonably priced. I was a bit worried about ring sizing but they are all spot on! I will definitely purchase from this store again.

Can in this afternoon to change some jewellery sizes and the girl that was on was amazing. Didn’t let me leave till she had helped me was extremely patient and very helpful. Keep up the great work

I purchased several Gold rings last month and one has already turned completely silver on the outside. Not the inside where it makes contact with skin. It’s extremely poor quality. I contacted support and was asked for additional more clear pictures which I provided. I received an email back stating that this is not a common problem and has to be looked at by another department and they would come back to me once they had reviewed. I then read reviews left from other customer’s complaining about the same quality issues. I asked to return the ring, one of several I purchased as it’s no longer gold and rather than provide good service they are messing me around knowing full well from previous complaints there is a quality issue. I’ve had to raise a claim through PayPal. Absolutely do not recommend this company if you are looking for quality. Best to read the negative reviews before dealing with them

I recently bought a pair of letter earrings, however within the first hours of wearing them I noticed the back on one was extremely loose and kept coming off. I took the earrings back where I was told the warranty didn’t cover this issue and if I wanted to I could purchase a new set of earring backs, even though when tested it didn’t make much of a difference. When I asked what the warranty covered she said anything that makes the product unwearable, or if a stone falls out.Why should I need to purchase new earring backs on a product I bought two days prior? What made this worse was the carefree and unhelpful attitude of the sales assistant.

The quality of product is amazing. The turn around time from me placing an order to them shipping was so quick, especially at this time of year. Truly all round an amazing experience and great quality of jewellery!

I brought the signature gold ring from this companyI was initially extremely happy with the product however after wearing it a couple of times and despite proper care (not wearing it in water etc etc) the gold ring had completely turned silver.I contacted customer service who were great and replaced the ring for me.Although it has taken a while longer this too is now starting to turn silver despite proper careI have countless other gold plated pieces that i wear on a daily basis that don’t even have a hint of silver/tarnishAlthough beautiful jewellery I would not recommend buying in gold as the quality is extremely poor
