Kristy Rawlings manages our property. She is accessible and reasonable in her communications with us. We have had a persistent structural problem in our store, and when Kristy was made aware of it she went to work to find a solution. Through the process she was in contact with us, so we knew what was happening, and she worked with the owner to bring a long term solution. It was such a lovely experience to have a property manager actually work with us and for us. Thank you Kristy!

A very professional realestate agent company. My property manager Hus Yalcin done a great job in managing property, providing professional advices when needed. After consulting with the management office, it has become clear that waiting for the ESM inspection will not resolve our issue. Regardless of the circumstances, replacing the ceiling tile will require an application for deisolation. This leads me to question the accuracy of the information provided by your company.Although I initially did not want to reveal who broke the promise, I am left with no choice. I would like to share the conversation where your agent made a commitment that could not be fulfilled after I signed and paid your company.Furthermore, I would like to inquire why your company has been unable to complete the job for over two months, despite it being described as a “small” issue. I am also very disappointed about this company. The agent promised anything before signing the contract BUT do nothing after payment. They left you alone and didn't commit their verbal agreement.Be careful to this company.I contacted this company many times to do this replacement but up to now, no one response positively. Their reply was always telling incomplete story. The owner only replaced one tile before we start the rental but left another wet tile ( with fire services connected) without replacement.Thus, this company is still telling lies and without integrity at all.

Received an email that they will not be managing my property as the amount of time and resources" used is not sustainable. No warning at all. A polite request to discuss next step was ignored. While I understand they had to spend extra effort as the tenant was in arrears (and hence I had tried to be patient with the agent)

Hi Guys,if you are reading my feedback then you want to know if you can trust GK to is the best commercial real estate agency to handle your needs.Please read on for the facts and then you decide at the end.We have asked GK in mid January 23 to find us a god tenant for our Hawthorn shop. They did and the new tenant moved in on 3rd week in February 23. Richard and Laine were our key contact points. Richard and Laine always acted very professionally and trustworthy in all aspects and they have good communication skills. Of course as expected the outcome was very pleasing for us and tenant alike. What they do well ? good listening skills, good communication skills, good local market knowledge. I had written a long and entirely negative essay about these agents before deciding to pare it back. Our experience with them was extremely negative to say the least. Let's just say they have very little care for us as tenants and can be quite arrogant in their communications.Tenants: Be ever so wary before dealing with these agents.Owners: If this is the type of people you want representing you, well then best of luck to you.Before the good staff of GK respond ever so glibly about not being able to find me on their system, I am an employee of the small business so you won't find me on any database on your system. I was so disgusted by their behaviour that I felt compelled to write and warn others of this agency.Take what you will from this review. This is our experience, maybe others will have a better experience then we did!!
