My partner went on the 31st for a birthday present and said the instructor was nothing but rude. Didn't reply to customers didn't even acknowledge they had spoken. Slamming doors because we asked if we could change lanes due to turning air-conditioning on high (targets swaying)... Will be looking else where due to this unfortunately

Honestly steer clear of this place.Would not recommend if your new to shooting or getting back into the sport after a few yearsVery little help or guidance from the guy behind the desk. Took my brand new gun in also wanted to try one of theirs, Left without firing a single round feeling super unwelcome.The staff member at the office He was giving me the impression I was not worth his time, explained that I had shot before (ex military) however it had been a few years. Absolutely gutted with the whole experience. Shame on you buddy.1030am 1/12/22.

Awesome club. So much better than having to deal with other “country club” turnouts. Clem does great instruction and Erin is lovely to deal with. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable and we'll equipped pistol range, especially for unlicenced or first-time shooters. Counter and ancillary staff were all very patient and pleasant, especially Clem the range officer in the unlicenced range.

I don't write reviews very often, only when a product or service is absolutely outstanding. I've had several dealings with multiple staff at Hillcrest IPC and every time staff are very accommodating, cheerful, and patient. Any business model can be copied, but staff is where a business differentiates itself. Staff aside the facilities are great, and the retrieval system means the range doesn't close to check targets meaning a lot less waiting around and a lot more time to shoot.

Great experience! I forgot to ask the name of the female coach who taught me, but she is very lovely and patient, which gives me a great sense of customer experience. It's a place worth visiting.
