Would have been nice to have wifi available, but big screen tv was nice to bide the time away with.Washing the car makes everything forgivable!

Very disappointed, I don’t like to complain but I am still waiting to be contacted by the team 5 weeks after being told they are following it up.I had my car booked in to check the wheel bearings and was told they were loose. They were tightened and noise went away.I then had it booked in for service 2 weeks later they said whew bearings were too tight and wanted to charge over $600 to replace.I was then provided a report with a quote and when I phoned to approve works I was informed the price didn’t include labour. The quote was then increased.When I did collect my car I found a used coffee cup in the cup holder which they blamed the apprentice for.I kept complaining with service and was told that next time they would do things differently but didn’t want to do anything more than that.

Got quoted over $300 for a road worthy certificate, Phoenix automotive $180. Absolutely Beer is being ridiculous charging that much because 'they are going digital'

These guys are brilliant. Not many times do you get a terrific owner/dealer relationship after they sell you the car, these guys are one of the best. They just do great work combined with a wonderful customer focused attitude. I just like 'em.

Very poor customer service. Tried to support a local business but had a bad experience buying the car (once I'd paid the deposit and was locked in) and again with the first service. I won't be going back and strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I purchased a 2014 Holden Cruze from Ray and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Ray was extremely friendly and more than helpful over the phone, but twice as easy going in person. I made the drive from Geelong to pick up my new Car and the entire team were wonderful to deal with despite being flat out on a Saturday morning. I couldn't recommend them higher as people to deal with and Ray got me a hell of a price on the Cruze. 10/10 worth a 2.5 hour drive to pick up the car

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. Promised a car that we put a deposit on then couldn't find us the car. Was told they could get us the newer model but for more money so we agreed. The financials side of things was terrible as alot of emails and paperwork were misplaced amidst someone leaving.Finally got the car after being told several times the servicing was free only to now be basically called liars when it was taken in for its first service.All the lies just to get a Sale.
