Customer service is good but I think you need to change your security person , you can't judge a people by their appearances and she needs to get it right into her head about that. The moment I entered the store and looking to find an item she has been coming and standing and checking upon me . She need to get the security thing properly into her head what exactly her duty is about rather than making people uncomfortable. I generally go to an other chemist but due to this store being on the way me going home I landed up to this place. Will never visit this store again.Either the security can go and learn some better way of doing her job or she should choose an other profession.

Today I was approached by a pharmacist named Tom which helped address all of my problems, very fast and reliable service in this store. All staff members were friendly and will always ask if i require any assistance. This place is very different to other chemists warehouses. Thumbs up the best pharmacy in the area.

Older female employee was treating younger male employee so terribly as they were opening the store a couple of days ago :( She was degrading and insulting him while he was just doing his best to put the cart outside the door. I hope he finds a better job!

I had a wonderful experience with the Security lady. It was a wet night and near closing time. When I returned to my car I found myself unable to open the car door as the key battery was flat. I had no phone on me and was freezing. This lady did everything to make me comfortable and with other staff called a taxi. I was able to retrieve the spare key from home and start my car.

This was a hidden gem during the formula shortage: I could always find multiple tins of the infant formula that my child drank, even when other pharmacies and supermarkets were sold out.More generally, it's pretty well stocked despite being somewhat small. Click and collect orders are quickly filled. Sometimes the wait for medications to be filled can be long.

Always remember to check your receipt. If they 'accidentally' scanned your item at incorrect price, you only get to get it at the correct price after you go back and complain. You don't get it for free. The burden of proof is on you. So if you think you got charged incorrectly, go back and take a photo of the price on the shelf and complain right away. Don't wait. This is not an isolated event. It has happened to me twice in a span of 2 months

Absolutely appalled by the female security guard's behaviour who worked on 08/01/2023. The security guard hardly bothers about people who are near the door, but keeps checking out the customers inside the aisles and follow them every second until they feel disgusted. She makes up her mind based on the appearance of the person and constantly looks at them as thieves/shoplifters. When I've asked what was her problem, she had no answer. Store staff is lazy enough to tidy up the store and restock the aisles. Also there are lots of out of stock items in this store. No wonder how the store team is functioning with such racist, brutal and horrible staff, especially their female security guard. There are so many bad reviews about her, yet nobody has done a thing yet. Their manager is also a horrible person, who constantly yelled at me when I tried to explain about the broken products in the store. I'll never shop in this store, until this security guard is terminated for her terrible behaviour.

Went this morning to pick up a couple of items my wife ordered online, what a mistake... I explained to the staff member I was picking up an order for my wife, and as he was looking it up, this lady manager at the counter came over and thought I was some type of criminal and I had to prove I had a legitmate claim to the items... I understand that there would be a verification process they need to follow, which I was happily complying with... but instead of explaining what it was, it felt like she was making it up as we went along... she asked to look at my drivers license multiple times... and as she was checking, she even tried to sneakily take back other items I already paid for, at the cashier earlier, back to her behind the counter........ Imagine you bought stuff, got a receipt, went over to the side for 'assistance' and as this person is checking your ID not matching the order name with one hand, tries to take back your paid for items and receipt with the other hand, all while talking to you asking you to explain yourself... she then asked me to call my wife who was at work... said she needed to speak to her to verify who I was because a family medicare card doesn't do that... she spoke to my wife over the phone to verify who she was and then told her off, telling my wife she needs to nominate" me next time if I was collecting an item on her behalf... passed the phone back to me... and then told me to tell my wife (who she just spoke to) to send over a screenshot of the debit card she used to pay for the items... like we were some kind of show for this sick lady to watch... and so as I stood there waiting for the screenshot I asked if the items were here and she said yes

This chemist warehouse is like no other. All the staff are always so lovely and so helpful, including the security guard who always has a smile on her face. I have witnessed customers who are appalling towards staff members who are just doing what they are told. Some customers need to stop thinking they are so entitled and follow simple guidelines. Place your children in the shoes of young part time employees you are abusing and see how you would like that.Huge props to all the staff who keep on shining at this store!! 11/10 from me:)
