Do not take your vehicle here. They keep your vehicle for over a week, don't fix the problem and charge you double. Rude and unreliable. Take your vehicle anywhere else!Side note : they are attempting to sell the business so hopefully the next owners do a much better job...

These guys are legends! I had a windscreen wiper blade fail in moderate rain just out of Kilkivan on a sightseeing trip, so I coasted into town and they not only stopped what they were doing to fit the new wiper blades for me, they only charged me for the part (no labour). I was so impressed! A month later, the wiper blades are still working beautifully. I thoroughly recommend these guys.

RACQ inspection station. Although my car could not be fixed on the spot, they were very friendly and helpful, and towed my car home, with my RACQ membership help.

I went to get the tyre beads broken on the rims I had and was told it would cost me $50 minimum I am a local I will not use this business it is cheaper for me to drive to Gympie

During the recent extreme weather events my ute & horse float became bogged. A quick call to the RACQ & within minutes I'd been contacted by Kilkivan Auto Centre. There service was second to none, I was on my way in no time. The new owners certainly know a lot about running a professional, customer care based service I cannot recommend them enough!

As a member of RACQ, these guys were called out to pick up our car when our radiator blew 20ks from Kilkivan. Our friends and ourselves rang around to try and track down a radiator and when we finally found one, we rand Kilkivan Auto to let them know we had sourced one and only needed towing to the bush camp instead of their garage( we had now been waiting on the side of the road for 2.5 hours). 20 minutes later their tow truck driver turned up to inform us that the job had been cancelled by the owners(he had been on his way back from Gympie). He was upset that they had cancelled the job, as he was there and willing to tow us but the owners would not let him. 45 minutes later another tow truck arrived from Gympie telling us that they had got the call at 2:50pm to pick us up as Kilkivan was unavailable. We explained the situation, as they cancelled the job just after they had been informed that we no longer needed their garage service. Considering they are the local RACQ and ultimate cover provides towing to anywhere, these guys are pathetic. Turning down money for a tow because we would not leave or car there for them to repair. They could not track down a radiator, so the car would have been sitting in their garage for who know how long. Thank you to their tow truck driver who tried his best to help us out, you are awesome just a pity your employees are not.
