Allure Beauty & Lashes

Ahh omg I went here yesterday for mega volume. Was done by I think her name way crystal. Lovely lovely lady. So kind and patient with me making sure I was comfortable. Oh and they came out absolutely gorgeous. Best set I’ve ever had so far. Will definitely be getting this from now on and coming back regularly!!!!!

I got my eyelashes done here and they look amazing! I have sensitive eyes so I'm usually picky when it comes to finding a place to get my lashes done but the staff was so lovely and accommodated for my sensitive eyes and it was probably the most relaxed I've ever felt during a lash appointment I even had a sleep. The lash tech said to let her know if anything felt uncomfortable or if it was hurting and that put my mind at ease if I could go higher then 5 stars I would I had an amazing experience.

I have used these guys for 9 years now and they never disappoint me. I've always used Hannah but all the ladies there are wonderful, super friendly and they always make you feel so welcome.

I had a 5pm appointment and rang in advance to let them know I would be running 5-10 mins late, they said it was OK but if I could try and make it on time, yes I understood that, I got there at 5:10pm and the shop was closed.They did try and ring at 5pm but when I rung back they were closed, a sms would have been nice if they couldn't get through, as sms are sent for the reminder appointments.I sms that a sms would have been good to do, and no apology or anything. Very disappointing service, I won't ever spend my money here.

Surprisingly good manicure and pedicure.The manicure on photo is one week old. But I used my own nail polish, and base and top cover.

The first time my eyes haven't been stinging after getting lash extensions. It was such a relaxing experience - barely felt a thing!

Crystal is amazing, kind and knowledgeable. She helped me decide on eyelash style and length as it was my first time getting extensions and I couldn't be happier with the results and service. Will definitely return.

I visited Allure today to get a pedicure with my mum. A staff member, the mature lady with the glasses (she said her name is Lily, after looking at the website and the list of beauticians, I suspect that is not her name!), was very rude and aggressive to my mum whilst performing a pedicure. My mum's toe nails are very unique in shape and need to be handled differently to 'normal' toes. My mum was explaining to her about what she needed and this was met by frustration, lack of cooperation and arrogance from the staff member. During our time there she was talking about my mum to another customer in front of us, to say we were uncomfortable is an understatement. During the pedicure my mum kept on telling her that she is doing a good job, but that she just needs to take her guidance on her nails due to their unique shape.After the pedicure ended, we made a complaint to another staff member, the staff member that performed the pedicure kept on coming in and out of the other treatment room and interrupting the conversation between my mum and the staff member. The final straw, was when she proceeded to tell my mum that she should leave and not to come back.Unfortunately this is not the first time that I have experienced rude, argumentative and agressive behaviour from that particular member of staff. My mum and I used to frequent this company when it was Fresh Beauty and thoroughly enjoyed their services; its such a shame as I had hoped Allure Beauty was my place to go to after being away from beauty services due to the covid pandemic. Unfortunately that employee is not representing the company in a positive light.I had also hoped that a lady of her years would be mature enough to discern that pleasing and working with a customer to get a satisfactory result is the end game.As a result, I will not be recommending this company to anyone. It was a horrible experience.
