Grill'd Narellan

Very disappointing... ordered the sweet chilli chicken burger, a side of zucchini fries, water and a pure blond. Just to be clear it was Monday night and not busy... we ordered and sat down got told they would bring the beer out i grabed my water myself... it took over 40+mins! When bringing the food out they first took it to two other tables before bringing it over (i had to tell her i think that is my order before she did so).The order came over with the wrong bun ( the bun was that stale that i removed it and ate the burger without it ) when i asked for the correct bun that was ordered they simply said they had run out, the burger was very skimpy on the remaining ingredients. The chicken was tiny, tough and barely warm and everything else bearly there the fries were oily and also not hot, but warm and there was around a tablespoon of oil in the bottom of the chip container.Also the beer was only brought out after receiving the meal when we asked about it... the staff were not overly busy as they were talking and having a joke while tables surrounding us stayed cluttered and dirty the entire time we were there.The table next to us asked if what we ordered was correct as he thought he may of gotten our order as his was wrong also they had also been waiting quite a while.This was our second visit, the first visit was a night and day difference great food, fresh and well made... as well as great and quick service, hence why we returned. But after the last experience im not sure we will again.

Not a great experience eating at Grilld Narrellan ordered Zen hen burger the buns were burnt and extremely dry breaking up in pieces taste was horrible. The service was extremely slow, for the price they charge for the meal and the amount you get is a total rip off. I'd rather avoid this place in future.

Service reasonably good.The atmosphere was not to my taste, very loud music and it was very hard to have a nice conversation work my partner.Last of all the food, I hova loved grilled for a long time evrer since it was only a few stores in melbourne But since expanding the quality of of the food had dropped dramatically and this is no exception. From way to salty fries to poorly constricted and tasting burgersAll the things that used to make grilled stand out are sadly missing.

Marys little lamb burger was disgusting. Bread was hard like concrete, patty was cold, i think they put the frozen goat cheese straight onto the burger making everything else cold.Cesaer salad dressing had too much herbs, and the egg was over cooked, not runny at all.We tried but will never come back.

Looking for a healthy brunch, lunch and dinner restaurant, you can give Grill’d a try at Narellan. The menu looks decent serving a good selection of burgers, salads, chips, sides, snacks, drinks and combo meals for kids. Grilled chicken Caesar salad was good with fresh leafy salad and generous amount of grilled chicken. While my son had the beef mini me pack with apple juice (includes mini burger, chips and a juice for $9.90). Service was quick and staff were friendly, no complaints. There’s also plenty of tables for both small to large groups.

The food was great as usual, however I was charged 3 times as I had issues trying to order directly from our table using their “scan barcode” option. We were there on Friday 3 March 2023 at approximately 7pm and we sat at table 9. This is the only reason why I gave 1 star, because in this day and age the technology should work and if it doesn’t or they’ve had issues with it, then it should be removed and customers will just have to line up at the counter to order. I’ve been to Grill’d many times and their food is great I always order the mini sliders as they’re enough to fill you up. Their sweet potato fries and zucchini fries are delicious too!

The food was presented well and it was very fresh. The staff were all very friendly and had such amazing customer service skills. I would 100% recommend everyone to go to this restaurant.

Mate ordered 15 minutes before me, my food came out before his. Barely warm.We saw someone walking around with his meal to all the other tables, they eventually brought it to our table, it was stone cold, the chips and the burger.He brought the burger back to get it warmed up, 10 minutes later they brought it back out to the wrong table. That table brought the burger back up and it got brought to our table finally. It was barely warmed up, and the buns seemed stale.Very disappointed, worst Grill'd experience we've ever had.

Food was shocking buns was rock hard meat pattie was not fresh. Service was bad was not given my full order had to ask staff to bring me the rest of my order will not be coming back
