I have no hesitation in recommending Dave Tidbold and his team at Tidbold's Real Estate. They made the process of selling really easy - everything is explained right from the word go and there are no extra charges for advertising.We dealt mostly with Dave and Mitchell who were really great and provided plenty of notice for inspections. When Dave presented an offer on our house (a signed contract) there was no pressure to accept, it was completely our decision and Dave suggested thinking about it overnight. The contract and all clauses were all explained fully.There was exceptional communication at every step, all phone calls were returned, and, the office staff are extremely helpful.We couldn't be happier with the service and were lucky enough to buy our new property through Tidbold's as well.Very happy - 5 Stars!!

Ben Hayward stayed committed, determined, and flexible throughout the whole selling process. We set him an extremely hard task yet nothing was too hard for him, including doing drive by to ensure our house was still presentable and safe.Thank you Ben for all that you did for us during what was the toughest few months for us.
