I bought a lounge set ( Raven corner lounge) around 4 months ago and as much as I was happy with the customer service and the quick delivery as much as I am unhappy now that I bought it, the material is already ripped especially around the buttons and we barely used them as it was summer and we were away for the most of the time, again I can highly recommend their customer service but definitely not their items ( or at least the set I bought and I mentioned the name of it so you avoid buying it ) because it is a very cheap material and doesn't deserve the money spent on it.

Up date: I bought tow bed side tables last year and they were cracking. Very helpful and friendly and told my husband how to go about warranty! As long as you have proof of purchase there happy to replace under warranty! Straight forward with no fuss I will be coming back to buy other things thanks for your help half price furniture very satisfied customer!

My partner and I purchased our lounge with Half Price Furniture. We went so many places then ended up that we couldn't leave the Half Price Furniture, the owner, extremely helpful. Same Lounge we looked at way cheaper than other places. I got my lounge quicker than expected, local same day free delivery also done. I am certainly recommended, and I will purchase the next lounge again. Thanks for the help.
