I have recently visit this shop and I had very very bad experience. The girl on the counter was very rude. They don’t have manners how to talk to their customers such a worst place and very expensive shop in melbourne.

The ambience of the place is amazing. The moment you step in some good traditional songs plays and it lightens your mood. The staff is very patient and always there to help in case of need. Highly recommend the place

Very poor customer service. Girl was on a call whole time not answering properly upon asking the price why I have been charged extra she just gave me the looks that's only for the members , however nothin was mentioned there on the ile. Literally she was throwing the stuff while billing. If you pay this customer service is not expected .

Yesterday I went to this shop and I saw a family who put their big hairy dog in a grocery trolley instead of groceries. Actually it's a staff mistake..why they didn't stop the customer..they should stop them and asked them that trolley is not for dogs ...I feel so bad ..it's against the rule ..u can't keep your pets inside the grocery stores especially food stuff. No one guarantee that dog could not hair loss ....not hygienic...I will never use trolley in this store in future and never recommend same to anyone else.

Very nice store with everything you need. bought a king size fitted sheet. I tried it on three different king size mattresses. But didn’t fit on either one of them. I called the store today to give the feedback which was necessary as I was told that there is no refund or exchange. Not happy with the response given by the lady who picked up my call today.Hello again. Just to let you know it doesn’t even fit a queen size mattress. It’s too small for that. So now I would say not at all happy with the purchase. I bought it as it was for a king size mattress but it won’t fit queen mattress so wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
