Energy Evolving
Amanda minded my two rabbits for 3 months while I was overseas travelling. Her past experience with rabbits and nature around mine made me feel 100% confident that they were in good hands while I was away. One of my rabbits, Gary, is a rescue and was quite timid, would run away and hide, and was frightened to be pet. After the time they spent with Amanda and the energy work she did on them, I noticed a massive different! Gary is so relaxed, flopping on his back and is open and loving to cuddles and pats after being with Amanda. Couldn’t thank her enough for her amazing energy work and dedication towards Gary.

Amanda worked on my back/entire body. As an athlete, traveler and busy bee, my body is continually tight and I have been having back issues for quite some time. I saw Amanda once and the pain has decreased significantly. She not only has profound knowledge on the physical body so well, but also the emotional and mental aspects. She was able to understand deep barriers I have been carrying, and help me with powerful insight to be able to work through those. The wisdom she was able to impart on me I will integrate into my life continually. Me (and my entire being) looks forward to seeing her again.

Amanda is an extremely talented international teacher. She has a wealth of knowledge in Yoga, Kinesiology and body anatomy. She does not just teach yoga like other places do, she incorporates so many elements to her classes which makes it extremely beneficial for everyone. Rolling, stretching, meditation techniques...Everyone gets something out of it, from beginners to experts athletes. Classes are small, which means everyone gets a personalized practice. It's extremely rare in this industry ! Try a class, or schedule a kinesiology session, you won't be disappointed !

Amanda helped me when I was at my most vulnerable. I was shy, unsure of myself and broken. I didnt know what or who would be able to help me. Amanda made me feel like I was cared for and important. I didnt understand what was going on during my treatments, I didnt know much about the healing power of energy. All I knew was I was seeing immediate results. I am so thankful to Amanda and her nurturing spirit and expertise.
