These guys are amazing! Needed a bit of micro soldering done and was struggling to find someone who would do it. These guys were super helpful fixed the problem really quickly and were really friendly the whole time. Could not recommend them enough.

Out of the blue, my Macbook failed to start up. I use it for work and was desperate so looked at the reviews of repair shops and took a punt on Gold PC. It was the best decision I could have made. The service was very very quick, thorough and professional and they are nice, genuine people! They are now my defacto choice if I ever run into problems.

I have a 2012 MacBook Pro that was running like a dog. Word would take almost 40 seconds to load! It is in amazing condition and also has CD input so I was not keen to fork out for a new MacBook. I called the guys at Gold PC Services to see if there was anything they could do to help me. They said that replacing the hard drive with an SSD should resolve the problem. I had also heard that a RAM upgrade may help so they offered to double the RAM at no extra charge. To be honest, I was a bit dubious of the increase in speed from the hard drive replacement. I had the call today to say it was ready and I was excited to see the improvement. WOW! Word loaded instantaneously. My MacBook is now faster than it was when I brought it! Thank you so much guys for your brilliant advice and the reasonable cost. I’ve saved a fortune upgrading to a new MacBook Pro and still have CD input. Definitely one happy customer. I had an amazing experience with Gold PC recently. My hubby and I travelled all the way from Geraldton to get my computer looked at as the motherboard on my MacBook Pro conked out recently. I was told by a local Mac repair service that all they could do was an expensive replacement, so we did a thorough search to see if someone in Perth could fix the broken component. Faraidon at Gold PC Bayswater was incredible and able to repair the issue so all the data I had on my Mac was saved. My husband also had his computer serviced and battery replaced and it’s back to its former glory. I highly recommend Gold PC!

Fantastic level of service that is rare to find. We required our Toshiba Satellite Radius laptop to have the screen replaced after gravity caused it to hurtle towards the floor and break. This not only cracked the screen but it also damaged the screen surround, metal keyboard rest and part of the bottom cover. We were provided with a very reasonable price for the parts and labour and an expected time to repair. After we had dropped off the laptop for repair, we had seen on the news that the transport link from the eastern states to WA had been washed away. So, when I received a message from Gold PC updating me on the progress and that there would be a delay before the parts would arrive, I kind of expected it. What wasn’t expecting was that Gold PC actually sent me a screen shot of the notification they had received from Australia post confirming that there was an actual delay. I have always been sceptical when you are told parts have been delayed and have never been provided with any proof to make me think otherwise. So Gold PC did a fantastic job replacing the screen, knocked out the dents and did it all within only a few days of the original estimated timeframe. Thank you

These guys are awesome. Recently had an SSD and RAM upgrade completed by them for my iMac. Customer service, quality of work and time frame were all great. They really do go above and beyond. If you need repairs or upgrades, Gold is the best of the best and I highly recommend them.
