Forty Winks Nunawading

I wanted to share our great experience at Forty Winks Nunawading. My wife and I visited with our daughter to help her buy her first mattress on moving out from our family home. Mona was excellent, showing and explaining the different options available within my daughter's price range. We also visited a competitor close by where we also got great service but in the end my daughter decided since Mona had been so good and Forty Winks seemed to have the best option for her, we went back and she bought there. The mattress was delivered as arranged on Saturday 7/1/23. When we were about to unwrap the mattress on Saturday evening, we discovered the bag had a small cut and the fabric and foam of the mattress had also suffered damage. Mona was contacted by email that night and on Sunday was on to it already, making arrangements for a resolution. A new mattress was delivered Tuesday morning. I met the delivery guys to receive it on behalf of my daughter. They were great swapping them over but suggested they give the replacement mattress a close inspection before leaving. Would you believe they found a stain on the fabric (despite the bag still being sealed)! They were straight on the phone to the warehouse and confirmed another was available and had their manager check it thoroughly before immediately returning to swap it over. They were back again within the hour and then kindly unpacked and installed the mattress on the now assembled bed base. Dave and his colleague were fantastic, very professional and attentive and of course very apologetic about the issues. Although a little inconvenient, what matters is not so much that there is a problem, but how it is handled and these guys, you could not fault! Well done to all the Forty Winks Nunawading team from retail store through to the warehouse and delivery team! I can highly recommend them.

Ordered base with storage in mid January and was advised it wouldbe ready in 4 weeks. Now we're in mid April!I rang up last week to get any update, I was assured I would have it last Friday, so rang on the Thursday before just to make sure, the guy said he didnt know why you were told that, you'll have it next Wednesday.Incredibly frustrating getting told the wrong information 4 months later. I continue to wait...

Each bed and bedding company seems to be carrying something unique. The Sealy mattress company directed me to check my mattress of interest. A place of substantial real estate for the different brands of mattresses. They carry the major range. If you can’t find what you are looking for, Bed and Bedding is just next door! A-Mart, Harvey Norman... and several mattresses shops are just close by!

My partner and I had a really good experience today at forty winks nunawading! Went first thing in the morning and was greeted by Andrew, who happily showed us around and listened to what we were thinking and was happy again to help us in the afternoon after a day of house visiting. In the end, he helped us from start to finish, and we are a very happy couple who have purchased our first bed setting and miscellaneous! I am super grateful to Andrew!

I recently bought a mattress from 40 winks Nunawading, I got it at a great price at 50% off. From the salesman Edwin to the delivery guys Shannon and Maurice, I couldn’t fault them, great communication, prompt delivery and excellent service. A+

Today my husband and I bought a mattress from Edwin at Forty Winks Nunawading. He was a pleasure to chat to and was very thorough with his knowledge about the mattress’s we looked at. I am a bad asthmatic, so he went through what options we had and left us alone when my husband and I wanted to talk privately.
