Brisbane Irrigation Systems
We used Brisbane Irrigation on a few occasions. The quality of service was acceptable however the administrative side was appalling. Invoices were not sent out, we were receiving emails from one person that conflicted with emails received on the same matter by another. It took months to receive Invoices and we have now (in writing) been accused as thieves. Do not recommend.

I was so impressed with Brian that I didn’t bother quoting elsewhere, a first for me! I am very happy with the installation of my new irrigation and the system he advised would suit my block. Everything is working great and his follow up customer service is A1. Love supporting local and I highly recommend Brian and his team.

1. the amount on the invoice is different from their quotes. It seems that there's no communication between their technical staff and their account staff.2. the technician promised me to come back in the following week to fix another problem, but never show up again. It's okay if you can't or not planning to do the job any more, but at least you should contact me and let me know.there's no credibility in this bussiness

I run a gardening business and I called this bloke out to have a look a system one of my guys had damaged. He made an effort to help me out as soon as possible, and when he looked at the job, even though he was in a position to make a decent job of it, suggested a simpler solution that solved the issue, costing me nothing. He wouldn't even take money for his time getting there and sorting it out. From my interactions with these guys I would say you'd be hard-pressed to find more honest and helpful service. Thanks again.

The post-installment service from the people at BIS was first class. There were some problems with our system (which were no fault of theirs but due to a faulty batch of US-manufactured valves) and they could not have been more helpful or more responsive. Could not recommend them more hightly. The installer, Mike, is also as super-knowledgeable chap who will bend over backwards to give you the system you need. Respect.
