Wish I had of read the reviews before placing my order. Still have not received the belt I ordered as a Christmas present for my partner. I have chased it several times to be told it's on back order (yep thanks for letting me know). It is really hard to support businesses like this when their service is so terrible. It appears, from the reviews, there are many items that are not in stock and customers are the ones chasing up. I would not recommend buying from here.

I went into this place to exchange a Xmas gift, I'd received and didn't fit me. I'd never been in here before. It's humongous. It has everything you could think of for a person who lives on the land. I was totally impressed with the range, size and especially the staff who were so helpful, and pleasant, although they were extreemly busy, the place was jumping, it was sooo crowded!!!!

Love allingtons! But word of advice: don’t let the ladies that work here talk you into buying a bigger size akubra! They assured me it would shrink to my head and fit perfect, but here I am months later with an akubra that’s still too big despite wearing it almost every day. Wish I went with the size I wanted to get myself, now I’m stuck with a hat that doesn’t fit and is too worn to return!! Perhaps it’s a tactic to get you to buy another hat lol

Ordered and paid for a pair of boots mid November, over 2 weeks later I call to find out where they are and a lady said they were out of stock and she’s been meaning to call. I accept their apology and try again with another pair of boots she is sure are in stock only to call 7 days later and again they don’t exist! I now have no Christmas present for my husband. Absolutely will never shop here again and will make sure my friends and family do not either

I ordered a jumper online and realised I needed the next size up, I called the staff at Allingtons outpost who were more than happy to assist to swap the jumper for the required size, they set the new jumper aside for my arrival and were so friendly and helpful, will always come to the store for future purchases.

Not usually one to write a review, but Allingtons was great and their customer service was amazing! I ordered a pair of boots, and after 4 days they still hadnt dispatched yet, so i called up just to find out what was happening. The lady I spoke to was so lovely, found out what had happened for me, and then helped me change my shipping from standard to express to make sure they came in time. They arrived the following day and Im so happy with them! Great job guys

Large range of clothing, not necessarily just country"!I was let down by the "sizing" of some shirts as my usual size wasn't anywhere near what was indicated on the shirt tag(s). Unfortunately I didn't try them on at the premises as I generally have no need to so it necessitated a drive back to the store to exchange for the correct size which unfortunately was no longer "on special"! A costly error on my behalf as I have no complaints with the quality."

A big shout out to the very helpful staff at Allingtons. I recently purchased a pair of boots in what I thought was my normal size. After a couple of outings with the boots I felt that they were too tight. I boxed them up and left them stored for a week or two. I then rang the store to see if there was any chance of returning them and getting a bigger size. I attended the store and the boots were assessed as being suitable for sale again. I left with the bigger size, with no cost for the changeover. I was really impressed with their excellent, helpful and cheery service.
