F45 Training Lutwyche

The cost of F45 vs a normal gym membership has always put me off but I gave it a try to support my partner and I totally get why everyone who goes, loves it. My main reason for reviewing today though is the trainers here at Lutwyche - they're amazing - friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always encouraging. They're the reason this review gets five stars. Highly recommend F45 Lutwyche.

From the first class I was hooked. The energised feeling you experience after a workout is what brings me back. Each class is different therefore you challenge yourself daily (which I love) and each week I have noticed improved strength and confidence.There is absolutely no judgement from members or staff when you are a newbie, rather it is positive and supportive in every way. It almost feels as if you have your own personal trainer each time you attend - as they are right there with you on the floor checking form, encouraging and pushing you therefore the cost is absolutely worth it. I too wish there were more stars to recommend F45 Lutwyche - it's a hidden treasure of benefits if you dare to dive in!

Joined over a year ago after going to a few F45s in both Brisbane and Los Angeles. Cannot fault this gym- fantastic trainers, management, crèche and atmosphere. This gym was amazing especially after having a baby to have a supportive crèche environment- it meant the world to get back to my identity. Thank you for all you do

The staff have been great, welcomed me with open arms. I know most of them already through other communities. People are great would highly recommend F45 Lutwyche to any new members or members that would consider transferring

F45 Lutwyche just might be the best decision this year so far. The booking system ensures I actually go and once your there the energy takes you along. Very welcoming and have enjoyed every class I have been to. Highly recommend this gym.

I was hesitant to join as I never liked fitness group classes and I got bored at the gym doing the same all the time at my pace! I needed to start seeing results and decided to give a go. It has been 3 weeks now and I love it. It is fun, each of the trainersare patient, qualified, fun to be around and also push you out of your comfort zone. Everyone I train with are also cool and everyone is their to achieve their own goals. It does not matter if you are a beginner, muscly, chubby, slower or faster than others. If you want to try, don't hesitate, give it a go. You won't regret

The classes are great. Super challenging, but really rewarding! And the coaches are on the ball. Always up for a chat, but also making sure they're pushing you to that next level. Never thought I'd be one of those people that looked forward to his next workout, but here we are ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Friendly and helpful trainers, challenging workouts and awesome tunes. I genuinely look forward to every session. If you're considering joining, do it!

F45 Lutwyche is one of the best gyms I have ever been too. Not only is it an unbelievable workout but every class is a great experience.Every trainer really knows how to get the best out of each member at every session.Highly recommended for anyone looking to get fit this year.Well Done!!!!!

Couldn’t recommend more! The trainers are all super friendly and helpful and make you feel part of the club from day one. If you’re like me and thought you’d never look forward to working out, then this is the place for you!
