I bought an Osvald sofa bed and a Zeal day bed earlier this year (2020). They were delivered as I moved into my new apartment 6 months later, with delivery in the midst of Covid 4 restrictions. The furniture is beautiful, perfectly comfortable and of exceptional quality and value for money. The staff at Innovation Living Carlton are personal, professional and courteous...I highly recommend them.

The after sales customer service here is second to none. We purchased our much loved, super comfy Cassius sofa over 10 years ago and recently needed help dismantling, moving upstairs and reassembling due to some tight corners in our new place. Innovations sent two fantastic young guys out to do the job. They went the extra mile cleaning a few marks off the fabric before carefully moving and helping with other advice re further maintenance...all for a very reasonable price. The ladies in the office were equally fantastic helping to make this happen. It's not often that such terrific service is offered long after the sale - so you really do get great long term value in buying a sofa from Innovations!

We love our new Innovations sofa bed, and cannot recommend the service we received more highly, right from the team on the floor who were so helpful, staying in touch with us as the order progressed, and the terrific team at the warehouse who helped us load and secure onto our trailer in the pouring rain!

What a lovely space these guys have created. Perfect mix of modern danish sofas, polished concrete and beautiful timber shelving, tables and chairs. Friendly staff and great customer service. Also Tom makes excellent coffee while you browse the store!

I ordered a Cubed 160 Wood sofa bed with Innovation Living in Melbourne. The experience from start to end was amazing. First of all, they sent the fabric samples upon request in one day. Then they called personally to say they received my order, but wanted to check if I was ok on the delivery time. Then they called personally again when it was ready (which was well ahead of schedule) to check if we were ok with a particular delivery date. Then when we received the sofa bed, we were highly satisfied with the product. It is extremely well built, and very comfortable. It is totally stylish as well as functional. I am very confident when we have guests, they will be very comfortable sleeping on this sofa bed. Bravo Innovation Living, well done on the customer service and the quality and style of the sofa bed. I would highly recommend this sofa bed and the company to anyone looking for a quality product.

Having looked online at many different sofa beds I saw the Narvi Sofa bed and loved its elegant style and then couldn’t settle for anything else. It has recently been delivered and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. It’s beautifully designed and the quality is superb. It looks fabulous in my husbands den and is easy to convert from a sofa into a bed that’s extremely comfortable according to recent guests.

Due to COVID we had to make an appointment, but it was easy as on their website. We had our eye on the 140 cube wood sofa bed online and it met our expectations in real life. Rose was extremely helpful with specs and patient while we considered colours. She was able to arrange a quick delivery and also couldn't do enough to help us out with some an after sale enquiry. The delivery guys were also awesome. Highly recommend - great service and great quality product.
