Good value and great service here. Looked everywhere for some high end office chairs seeing we are home alot more now days. Searched far and wide. Ideal Furniture had what we needed at the right price. More so they had multiple chairs to sit in and adjust. Bit hard to sit on a catalogue picture to buy a chair. Thanks

Was told at order my reception desk would be a 4-5 week wait for delivery and install. But thanks to a surprise email from Mr Dong stating our desk would be delivered and installed after only a week of waiting, we had an amazing quality desk built in record time! Thanks Mr Dong! You da man :)

Ideal Furniture
Had a chair delivered by these guys today, relatively quick delivery, no assembly required, product seems excellent and reasonably priced. 11 months later and only 4 days a week use the fake leather is falling apart in pieces, like it’s not coping with being used, quite disappointing given how comfortable the chair still is.

This is the second time I have bought office furniture from Ideal Furniture. The owner, David, was quick with an email response to my online purchase and with estimated delivery times. The 2 delivery guys, Steve and Julian, were a very pleasant pair who were quick to assemble and install the 3 items and all-in-all I was very happy with their service.
