Incredibly happy with our experience with Ballarat Outdoor Solutions. Friendly team and went out of their way to make the process as stress free as possible. Hopefully the cold weather stops soon so we can get outside and enjoy the patio!

Found the staff to be rude and not helpful. Went in to ask about privacy screen options and felt the abrupt questions were rude. We felt like we were looked down upon like we couldn't afford to use there services. We were showed one product that wasn't at all a suitable option and told that was it. Not really outdoor solutions!! We went in with an idea of what I wanted but we were keen to see what else we could do. You missed out on future business! The screen was only the first step in a full outdoor re model. We will find someone else who wants our money.
