My husband and I have recently renovated our entire house. We used Bright International Renovations for all our bathroom, kitchen and laundry items. Each product was outstanding with amazing quality. It is packed perfectly, checked on departure and their customer service is by far the best I have come across in years. Ying was always extremely prompt with all our emails and very efficient in getting our products ready. Fantastic service, great product range and competitive prices! Renovating my daughter's bathroom was made so much easier and cheaper with their help! I wish i knew the shop half a year ago, when we were doing up our own ensuit! Location is a bit hidden, but well worth the extra 5-10 minutes of driving time! Highly recommended!!!

Bright Renovation International was set professionally with a large variety of products displayed nicely. All the staffs were friendly with smile on the face. Due to no renovation experience in the past, we had no idea where to start. Ying was a really caring and helpful. She put all the goods that we were interested in on the check list and showed us around with full explanation of each product. She also provided us with dimensions and details of installing a floor spout which we never had before. Being able to see styles and gain suggestions in the showroom made the selection process less daunting.The range of materials on display was far superior to other places, which mainly come with heavy duty stainless steel or chrome. The price of the goods is also very competitive. We purchased a few items including bath sprouts, bathroom basin, mixers and mirror.We extremely pleased and satisfied with our new bathroom and the professional expertise of Ying and Ding from Bright Renovation International. Cant recommend Bright Renovations highly enough. They supplied and fitted our two shower screen panels and our frameless show screen sliding door. They were highly competitive with other quotes and in our opinion of higher quality than the others. We just bought our whole bathroom setup of mixers, spouts & shower head - Paul was absolutely fantastic. He had time to go through the different choices and we loved his feedback on personal experience with his own bathroom - he made the decision process a hell of a lot easier! Hi I bought a frameless 10mm glass shower cubicle of this business and was looked after very professionally. Product had to travel via Big post and TNT for 1200k’s, it arrived with a broken glass panel. I phoned Bright Renovations and spook to very nice and competent staff that where very helpful. They asked for photos to proof that it was still in the wrapping and on the pallet which I did and they responded positive straightaway and send a new panel three days later.
