Collected a Black Forest taute Friday and served it on Sunday. Absolutely delicious and fresh and service with a smile at pick-up. Great choice of store and cake.

To the young lady working,Im Disgusted!When you are serving food you need to be well presented and clean.Smelling the shop out with your B.O and making your customers feel sick is something that could never happen.

The guy was super helpful and friendly. Legend!The shop has a super strange feel as the counter is about 100m back from the shop front. The door is pull not push which is mega unintuitive and also illegal but anyway.The range is good although they didn't have the one I wanted with cherries on top, that one is the best.

Clean shop with plenty of cakes to choose from. I purchased a quarter of a strawberry New York baked cheesecake and noticed even though it didn’t expire for another 10 days it had a strange alcoholic taste. When I returned the cake and I asked would you please try the cake to confirm whether they can taste it as well. The gentleman would not try the cake and they told me the taste I was experiencing was the cinnamon in the biscuit base. When asked what they can do for me he suggested I purchased a different type. I asked if there was any other baked cheese cakes without the cinnamon base? In the end I was provided a refund as there were no other baked cheese cakes without cinnamon in the base.

Always liked the cheesecake shop but... they changed their cakes and although they look good and modern in the decoration, they are now nothing more than a light tasteless sponge (dry) with lots of cream. We had for my birthday the caramel cake and it was super sweet. I believe we were all disappointed as we used to have a piece of cake and be satisfied but the same piece of this one and it seems you had nothing at all but a tablespoon of sugar. Too sweet, too light, the caramel popcorn" was not caramelized and was soggy..... so disappointed!!!!!! Cute but that was all."

Great cake shop located in Sunbury. Management are extremely friendly and helpful. I have ordered many types of cheesecakes, tortes and mud cakes, they all taste amazing! Very happy to have such a great cake shop locally.
