Customer experience has been great! Bought their trailblazer shoes, which after some wear and tear, had the sole come lose. Could not fault the shoes besides this, so comfy! Contacted Zorali who immediately jumped on replacing the shoe and getting the old pair sent back.

I’m an avid adventurous who’ve spent many hours, days, weeks trekking, climbing, summiting trailhead’s, peaks, off-trail hikes, etc… I’ve owned all the top brands from Patagonia to Mountain Hardware and beyond, but my Zorali pack is by far my favorite. Not only is this company eco-conscious and eco-friendly, they’re very eco-forward, which I love. I’ll be ordering more Zorali products in the near future!

I bought a drink bottle, which I dropped and broke the lid of.I asked if they sold lids as spare parts and instead was sent out instantly a whole new drink bottle. The product itself is great, and the customer service is even better.Best customer experience I’ve had in a long time

as an avid kayak fisherman and camping enthusiast of advancing years I always look to purchase from Australian companies if possible and found zorali while looking online for an item, they had it and I ordered from them.well, the service along with the item was first class and i would not hesitate to recommend them to all I come across in my travels .

I have now purchased 2 jackets and I love them both. Super warm and they look great. I kept seeing the ads come up on Facebook and took a chance. Turns out was a good choice - worth the money.

Best backpack ever. It was better than I expected. It’s all I need for travelling- fits everything and it’s carry on size. Very light and extremely durable. Terrific design and attention to detail. Love love love it!

I'd recently discovered Zorali when searching for a decent backpack to take to Africa - their Escapade Backpack is exceptional! I was very impressed by the size, compartments, comfiness and amazing quality. I also bought a pair of hiking sandals... a bit of a impulse-not-sure-if-I-needed purchase, but they were perfect for days that didn't require boots. Super comfy, versatile and they protected my feet from those big African thorns and prickles. I am so stoked with both items, I recommend Zorali to anyone who listens!
