During the last 12 months, our family rented a property through Standen Estate Agents and our leasing agent was Marco Jung. We found Marco to be extremely professional, responsive and helpful when issues arose. Problems that were raised were addressed promptly and with care. I can see and appreciate that he seeks to get the best outcome for both the tenants and owners. I would happily rent with Marco again.

This review is directly made for Brooke Hardman, not the Standen company. Brooke Hardman from the renting team was being so unprofessional, lack of professional knowledges; making false facts directly to the tenants and landlord, lying about ‘the owner is selling the place’, when the landlord was just changing over to a new agent. Thats only because she can’t be bother to explain to us and do her job properly, wasted us four whole weeks to go for inspections and applying for over 30 properties for nothing.

Marco has done a wonderful job with a high end property in Balmoral owned by a client of ours. As soon as we signed the engagement he has been heavily involved with getting the Pool compliant and preparing the property for lease. This has now been done and the property is leased to an ideal candidate at a rental equal to what was originally quoted. From an investment consideration, I have confidence the asset will be well managed over time.
