Without question, the comments from open homes and visits were always the same: that the house looked amazing.We did not have an easy house to style. It had plenty of light-filled rooms but was looking a little dated and lacked a Wow Factor. Giacinta and her team expertly guided my husband and I to make a few focused and cost-effective changes (that were able to be achieved in under a week), and together we crafted a plan for how the space could be turned into a marketable “home” that someone would fall in love with.I’m here to tell you that styling works and is worth every dollar. We achieved a premium price for our property, and, more importantly it sold within the first month of marketing. Yes, we had a superb real estate agent, but he had a superb product to sell once it was styled.I would without hesitation recommend Tailored Home Styling and their advice. They are like the magical mice that helped Cinderella make her ball gown. They just quietly come in with their stock and before you know it, transform the space into something amazing.
