Beds on the Barwon
Awesome. We found this place after a hot drive and finding Brewarrina mostly closed. Frida made us so welcome and Scott came and checked we were ok. They are locals and were able to tell us so much about the river and its history. The floods had only just gone down, but the place was still clean and tidy. The bathrooms are a highlight - such character and really clean! There's washing machine and dryer ($2 in the honesty box) which was a nice luxury! Very quiet and the river just flows on by as it always has. Highly recommend.

A great spot on a private property with facilities for caravans powered & unpowered near the river. Very clean amenities, 2x toilets, 2x showers each for men & ladies. Good clean camp kitchen with everything you may need & fire pit area to gather for happy hour. Highly recommend.

The caravan parking area is peacefully located on the banks of the Barwon River. Plenty of space on each of the sites in this intimate sanctuary. Kangaroos visited early, lively Willy Wagtails and other birds entertain during the day, kookaburra rattled the airwaves after sunset. Facilities are new and creatively rustic for this very rural setting. We came for one night, made it two. Hosts are lovely. One of our favourite spots to stay.

Great little find a bit out of town, each cabin right overlooking the river, spacious ... Real farm feel. We used the bbq and firepit ... Wished we'd brought fishing rods, the river seemed to be heaving with fish.

Peaceful, tranquil beautiful place to stay.Parked facing the river & had a fire at night.Amenities were brilliant ,clean.The owners were lovely people.This place needs 10 stars ⭐️ or more.Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed

We camped here last month. A gem beside the Barwon River. Beautiful bird calls in the morning and hundreds of red tailed black cockatoos as the sun was setting. The amenities were so clean and I just loved the rustic design. We met some lovely interesting travellers as we sat around the firepit. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. This is a place we will revisit many more times.

I love this place! I have been coming here for years and it is always a pleasure.It is on The Barwon River and it is so peaceful with an abundance of Birdlife. The cottages/cabins are lovely and there are areas further along the river for campers as well as more basic cabins.

Great place for a stop over or a break by the river.Just far enough outa town to not worry about trouble.Clean amenities and camp kitchen.
