We were invaded at dawn by a swarm of angry wasps. The exterminator arrived within 20 minutes of us calling and was very friendly and efficient. There were about 3000-4000 wasps, he estimated. The nest was the size of a car tyre. He completed the job in under an hour. Highly recommended if you’ve got a pest problem that needs to be taken care of NOW.

Nick was brilliant with the information and knowledge he shared about mice around residential areas. He has clearly been in the game for a long time and it shows. Make sure you confirm the price before Nick starts the job once he arrives!!! Nick quoted me $200 to $300 and then charged me $495. I understand that the quote was indicative as it was over the telephone, however, once he attended site and then saw what was involved, he should have told me before he commenced work, that the service will now cost more than quoted and given me the chance to either accept or decline. It was quite a shock to be faced with an extra $195 to pay on the spot. I emailed him to say I was unhappy and he didn’t respond. Very disappointing.
