Very bad customer cervice, the young girl behind the counter, is grumpy, she looks working in the wrong place.When people don’t like their job, that is what customers endure.The owner should make sure that the hire good employees and pay better.

What makes our burgers so good?Dunno. It's a mystery to me as well.Patty was undercooked and grainy. Don't cook to medium rare unless asked.The whole burger was sloppy and just kept disintegrating in my hands. Even the bread was falling apart. The innards of my burger ranged from warm to fridge cold. Not a nice combination in your mouth.This burger just wasn't good. Average at best. Just something not quite right.

Burgers were cold, meat was not even cooked all the way through. We waited over an hour for delivery. I’ve already got a refund through the delivery app, you need to hear this feedback. Charging $22.50 for a burger that’s pink in the middle and cold is shamefull. The quality used to be great, but this establishment is on a slippery slope downhill. Either get some staff that care about what they are making or shut it down.

Hate to be a Karen but the price for what u get is disappointing. Pattie’s still pink the middle, partners burger was just sloppy and full of oil, couldn’t finish it. Employees standard of hygiene was low (hair not tied fully up, staff sitting on benches). Not worth the $50

Advertising $15 lunch combo available till 2pm and at 1.15pm tried to charge 42.00 and said that's the price can't change it well false advertising on 2 different signs take the signs down or stop over changing customers

Pretty good, fresh tasty burger. What’s with these customers whining about some pink in their patty? It needs to have a bit of that in order to make/keep it juicy. Go get McDonalds if you want overcooked, grey, dry patty’s!!! This is one of the better franchise burgers I’ve had, it ticked most of the boxes and was $15. It wasn’t smothered in sickly sweet sauces and didn’t fall apart the whole way through. The premises could do with a bit of loving and cleaning, but overall pretty solid, I’ll be back.

My son and I love Getta Burger as a takeout option as we are Gluten Free and Dairy Free and we can actually eat chicken nuggets at this store (not many places we can).I love that the packaging is all recyclable (brown paper or cardboard).The taste of the burgers, nuggets and fries is amazing.My only complaint would be that they don’t have a loyalty program. I would love to see this put in place as we would like to frequent as a regular take out and it’s nice to be acknowledged for this loyalty.Thanks for delicious take out Getta Burger!

An amazing experience every time, the food is ao graceful and eloquent and yet with a little side of bad boi energy. The fries golden and crispy with that filthy mix just melting in my mouth mmm yummy. And the staff always nice and wearing a smile on their faces. That guy who works in the mornings is also kinda cute. Definetly recommend!
