Simon and the team at Classic Piano Carriers are superb at their work, exceptionally skilled, looking after our upright piano delivery in a difficult delivery environment involving a sloping driveway, sharp corners on a narrow brick-lined stairway, tricky internal corners and narrow door openings. Placed the piano without any problems whatsoever, as well as assembling the stool for us. Professional to the last, and highly recommended to anyone who needs a solid team to look after their valuable instrument.

Simon is great. A big bear of a man, he and Ash moved my piano down 7 brick steps on a dolly. And pianos are not light! He was right on time, gave an ETA via text well in advance for forewarning, and was so easy to deal with. His price was much better than the others (even the house movers who don't move pianos as a profession) - I had used Melbourne Piano Movers before, and sang their praises (see my previous review), but I asked them again, and got a ridiculous price. Very happy with Simon - very straightforward, and I was referred onto him by Lachlan Brown, who also moves pianos and tunes them, but couldn't do the job because of the 7 steps. Price very reasonable, gave me the floor protector cups for free too. Too a lot of care with the piano and my hardwood floors. Highly recommended.
