I live in Hopetoun & was recommended by RavMech in Ravensthorpe to go to these guys after I cleaned up a roo, that destroyed my left side front end.I rang them & had to drive it into Esperance for an inspection and quote, as they wouldn’t work off photos alone. That was initially a bit irritating however once that was done, the day to book it in etc - all the way to done was very quick.I picked up the car today and was genuinely so impressed. They cleaned they car in and out & after the fantastic customer service - it was icing on top.You get what you pay for & I am so glad I used these guys.Will use them again.

Excellent! Such a great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service from the ladies at reception desk. Reasonable and fair prices and outstanding work. My car looks as good as new, you cant even see where the damage was. And they detailed the car inside and outside to boot! My car has never looked so good. I also really liked the free air freshener and free pen that they left in my car. A very nice touch. Highly recommend!

Matthews is RACs ‘trusted’ smash repair centre in Esperance. I hit a roo in mid November and it took them 4 months to repair my car (I understand sourcing parts can take time, especially in Esperance). Finally, on the 13th of March my car was returned to me in Perth. Upon leaving and getting on the freeway my car began to make a tinny rattling noise in the supposedly repaired area. Exiting the freeway, I went around a roundabout and my car began making a high pitched screeching noise, coming from the ‘repaired’ location. My car is now waiting to be retowed by RAC, hopefully to a location who can do a better job than you mob.
