Rheem contracted link to replace a water heater under warranty. The Link personnel were friendly and professional. They worked independently and replacement went well. They even swept up the immediate are leaving it clean(er). Happy to recommend.

Cara the receptionist was very efficient & friendly, unlike Rheem who kept me waiting for 25 minutes to find my record transfer it to their new system & then advise Link would be completing the service.I received a text that the service person would arrive in 10-12 minutes. Adam was on time, efficient & friendly ,& advised how best to keep the HWS in top condition.

After using two other plumbers previously that couldn’t solve the issue Rheem put us onto Link Plumbing and Gas who instantly saw the problem and fixed it on the spot. Great friendly and knowledgeable service and would highly recommend their services when it comes to storage hot water systems.
