Overly disappointing experience as a tenant applying for a property. Applied for property ahead of viewing and made about 4 different attempts to text and email to find out when I could view (or book the virtual one) - no response for over a week (at which point the open had been and gone.) Then no response at all to say received application or give feedback it was taken by another applicant. Over four texts and phone calls , all with no response. As a landlord with numerous properties I wouldn’t want me home rented out by them.

An update to my original review - We've just managed to sell our house off-market within 24 hours at our desired price despite Covid-19 thanks to Josh's far reaching network, speed and professionalism in getting the deal done without stress or delay.This is our second property we've sold with Josh (the first was an apartment in Double Bay that he set a building record - despite not being the best one in the block!) and like both times, he exceeded our expectations.His calm, honest and authentic character is why he has earned a solid reputation.
