Always a pleasure to deal with Zoraida at Strathpine, professional and very helpful ... 2020 was very different but we successfully completed our assessment through the Portal with ease.

Doesn't look like much from the outside,however the staff make up for that.3yrs doing tax returns with them,each time maximum returned.

good staff, but taken 6 weeks to get my return back.and always sort of pushed off when calling to find out what's going on.

Extremely poor service. Tax agent delivered me conflicting And confusing information varying significantly from previous years with H&R. They lodged different information as to what I was lead to believe was being lodged. Trusting their professional opinions in good faith I’ve been left out of pocket thousands of dollars as shown by a second opinion. If you want a tax agent that works in the favour of the government and not you, the customer, then this is your place. *Edit in reply to response. This is nothing more than a public attempt to save face. Requested a breakdown of costs with no reply to me is as good as admitting fault. Avoid this place like the plague.

Don't bother booking an online appointment here, you get there and get told to wait another half hr post your appointment time.. Save your time, go else where
