Product is OK, customer service is non existent, nobody will answer your calls or return your massages , nobody returns your emails, there web pages states for custom orders contact us ( yer right good luck),in this age of social media if the provide bad service or no service people will vent there disappointment.

Absolutely hopeless, couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery.Ordered a sign in September, a week later they send me the wrong product which they want me to pay to return (which I did), it's now November, still no sign of what I ordered.Just asked for a refund, let's see if they know how to do that without stuffing that up.
