Quantum Radiology Mount Druitt

Over the last few days I have had the pleasure of attending your new facility in Mount Druitt. It isn’t often I would call medical appointments pleasurable however both times I was greeted warmly and openly by your reception team, then the young lady who created my plan was extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything to me step by step, even explaining some details I wasn’t even aware of. She was friendly and very compassionate and had such a lovely manner, I actually mentioned to her she was in the perfect job. Credit where credit is due. Great work Quantum team!

The receptionist Jenny was terrific. She understood my medical need and made an appointment for that day.The doctor and ultra sound technical assisted me to be comfortable. They then almost painlessly aspirated my burser and performed the ultrasound assisted cortisone injection. I am so appreciative of gently waythey treated me. I highly recommend this practice.

Staff are good and friendly,very helpful. No waiting periods. I always prefer to go to mountdruitt quantum radiology.

The staff in reception are great. However, the one who did my mammogram is rude, careless and she was definitely in bad mood. She couldn't be dealing with people that are already facing big issue such as a cancer. I could see from other reviews that I am not the only one who complained about her rudeness.

I had a good experience at Quantum Radiology.I had no issues booking over the phone for my ultrasound and the lady on the phone was helpful in explaining how to prepare for my appointment.They were easy to find, located in the same building at Spotlight and Rivers.I noticed they took social distancing serious with no patients waiting inside and the seating outside socially distanced.I only had to wait about 10 minutes and the woman I dealt with was prompt and professional throughout my appointment. I also received my results relatively quickly.Being new to the area I wasn't sure where to go for my ultrasound but after the positive experience I had at Quantum Radiology I would definitely recommend to anyone local requiring their services.

The the ultersound tech is absolutely rude & tell us “it’s not an entertainment” it’s definitely isn’t but you are professional & you should understand that it’s called parent’s concern. Half the treatment in any patient is to listen, he needs a lot to learn thanks for the experience quantum

Recently had an appointment at Quantum Radiology’s new premises. The front desk staff are fantastic, very nice and very helpful I had an urgent scan to be done and they were happy to fit me in. The person that done my scan was very professional and quite friendly. The premises is very clean and extremely well organised, especially with the current way of life and social distancing taken in to account and set up really well so customers don’t have to feel uncomfortable about proximity and so on. All in all a very nice place with great staff and very well run.

In my opinion this hospital staff has no humanity, really disappointed with my recent appointment cancellation. Due to road accident traffic, I was delayed by 10 min for the appointment and also called the staff to inform about my delay but the staff didn’t care to understand my current situation and current scan importance and she was more keen to reschedule it as they have to close the hospital for new year celebration which seems more important than patient condition. They were times where patients were asked to wait for long hours and now they couldn’t wait for 10 min. Such people don’t deserve to be in hospital

Was running late for my appointment, called up and the staff suggested for me to come.Once I did get to the radiology then I was told “let me speak to the radiologist to see if she can still see you”. The answer was a no, took my referral letter and left the radiology.Got a call back to come back in because one of the radiologist is happy to take me in and do my ultrasound, by then I had already been back to my car, had my son buckled up in his seat…. Went back to find out the rooms were busy.33 weeks pregnant and this is not the sort of service I am here for. Never coming back here again.
