I was in town for a week for work and dropped in to buy something for my kids for when I got home. The shop is deceptively big with a great range of toys for all ages. Very friendly and passionate staff too.

Great , variety , found the chess board I was looking for ...Great service..And I believe many people got their layby paid for by someone ..What a wonderful gesture paying for people's layby ..still some lovely people around ..merry Xmas..

Husband was just in there today and was left standing there for 10 minutes halfway through checkout and woman was apparently really rude. I always try to avoid toy world. Overpriced and generally rude, I had the same experience in one of the brisbane stores. Will avoid from now on

Served by a rude older lady today. Here on holiday and she didn’t even acknowledge my Son who was so exited to pay for a toy with his pocket money.I said good morning and got glared at....... So Unbelievably RUDE!

Went to toyworld to get some Lego botanicals for my husband for his birthday and I can honestly say the staff are just lovely and wonderful and friendly and ever so helpful.I felt at ease asking for the product I was after and had a lovely chat with the staff.If you ever need anything Lego wise or anything toy related these are the people and the store for you.I cannot fault toyworld Gympie they certainly delivered and I will be back for sure.
