Lee Massage & Acupuncture South Village

I decided to give this place another go after an average experience earlier.Therapist had no technique and during the 40 minute massage awkwardly just rested their hand on my shoulder with no pressure and took frequent long pauses when massaging my feet. At one point it looked like they fell asleep so I had to ask if they were ok, and told them I was happyto wait for another person if they weren’t feeling well. They said they were fine to continue but it was similar the whole massage. At one point I had to gently wriggle my toes to get them to wake up and I started to get concerned, they said they were ok though. They also started the timer and then took their time getting the towels ready etc.I couldn’t wait for it to finish, pity I had paid before the start.Won’t be returning.

It was the worst massage I’ve had in my whole life. I’m honestly not exaggerating. It wasn’t relaxing at all. The ‘therapist’ had no method she seemed to be following and felt completely untrained. I wish I kept the $85 and went somewhere else. I never usually complain but I let the lady behind the desk know quietly because I didn’t want to embarrass anyone. She seemed shocked but didn’t do anything, no offer to try and rectify the experience. Places like this shouldn’t be allowed to do business in South Village.

Worst massage of my life ! Booked in for 40 min head, neck and shoulder massage. Received an excruciating back and arm massage the 5 mins she did spend on my neck it felt as if she was trying to break it and only did the left side never bothered with the right sideNever touched my head which was the whole point of going for a massage. To relieve a headache.Never again

My partner purchased me a massage voucher for Christmas and I finally redeemed it today. I had a lovely experience at Lee Massage! The staff were all friendly and good at communication. The massage itself was heavenly - my masseuse really focused on the areas I mentioned were bothering me. The value for services received was excellent.The only downside for me was the noise levels. The massage rooms are close to reception, so you can hear everyone who comes in and out. There's also some background noise from the shopping centre, especially the kids play area. Of course, this isn't the fault of the owners or workers. Rather, something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to those kinds of things. I also went on a Saturday arvo during school holidays, so I imagine it's quieter during the week.I still enjoyed myself immensely and would recommend for anyone in the area.

Highly recommend getting a massage here, staff are always very nice and professional. We will definitely be back!!

They cancelled my client (in the wheelchair) appointment last minutes because they busy, my client been there once when they quiet they take her , very unprofessional, considering the booking was made

It was ok, price is reasonable, felt worse after. If you like basic repetitive strokes and your legs squeezed with no technique or flow for an hour then go here.Edit - Returned here again as was desperate for a massage - had forgotten how bad it was!The staff are lovely and friendly but there is just NO technique. Running a knuckle over my toes and ankle for half an hour is just pure laziness.The whole thing was just annoying and if I hadn’t paid up front I would’ve gotten up and left. $60 for 40 minutes of massage - a toddler could’ve done better.Go elsewhere

I am a Lee massage loyalist! Consistently great service and good masseuses. They have good specials and located in a convenient spot with lots of parking, indoors and no outside noise. Just ask the receptionist to communicate what you want if you don't feel comfortable during the massage to explain.

I was served by Pamie today, she was incredibly lovely and happy. The business is super clean and well presented. Highly recommend using Lee Massage.
