Kebab Thyme
The food was beautiful. It was cooked freshly and therefore it tasted fantastic. The portions was large too, therefore very good value for money. The service was great, the ladies there were knowledgeable and efficient. The only downside, if any, was we wanted to dine in and instead of our food being served on proper plates and proper cutlery, we were served our food in the takeaway container with wooden cutlery. The food was still great though, so that made up for it.

Really good food. I had the Adana kebab plate which comes with spicy minced lamb, 2 dips, salad, pita and rice (or chips). It was delicious.Restaurant also has Nippy's milk!Only suggestion would be metal cutlery.

If you are in need for a Turkish meal fix you will do no wrong at Kebab Thyme. Situated in the Hillview shopping precinct wedged between Aldi and Chemist Warehouse Kebab Thyme has been satisfying clients for some time now with a fine selection of Turkish meals. On this night we ordered a The Mexican Kebab, a Spinach and Feta Gozleme with cucumber dip, and HSP with lamb. All very fresh produce and beautifully cooked. The meats all cooked very tender that just melted away. The service took a little longer simply because of the numbers lined up waiting for their orders. A very popular spot. Only criticism is not to go too heavy on the salt. Highly recommended

Food is always very decent. We have tried a variety, with the chicken shish being particularly good. Much better than a basic kebab shop. Staff always friendly.

Definitely one of the best kebab and Turkish food in the Eastern parts of Melbourne. The kebab is season really well, the bread is think and toast to the crisp, with a good portion of fills. Totally hits the spot, washed it down with Turkish coffee.. happy man!

The quality of the food keeps going down hill, iv given this place so many chances. We ordered tonight, I got half the food I usually get the chips where over cooked then soggy from how much oil in the food. I expect oil that's all good and well, but this was ridiculous! The price is WAY OVER the top for the amount of food we got. I'll be taking my business elsewhere now. I wish I could get my money back! I'm not currently cooking something because there was so little food to be had!

The food was good and the price was reasonable.Deeps were excellent.The rice was tasty.Chicken was okey but slightly more than expected turmeric and other flavour.Adana kabab was average to mid level of Adana.Very friendly staff.
