I was handed my prescription wrong the second time! Paid twice as much for the lower dosage in medication (which I did not ask for, nor was on my prescription)!This place has the worst parking. Not ideal to go for a quick and reliable medication that you pay for.***Revised since last response***Hi Kate!I picked up my fiancés prescription, but thank you for telling everyone about my private prescription information for the (S3) Pharmacy only medicine in July 2021. I clearly remember visiting the very small “in the corner” pharmacy.

Fantastic customer service never known anything like this fast before. Prescription went in by email and contents arrived by post next day. We worked out it took just 19 hours from the time they received the prescription to when the the parcel arrived to our address. Truly amazing. Thank you so much.

Friendly staff and great pharmacy - so good to see family-owned businesses still exist. Very happy to see they are following the mask-wearing mandate - some very rude customers refusing to wear mask should go somewhere else!!

Visited this pharmacy during a trip to QLD and just wanted to say THANK YOU for our excellent service - pharmacist went out of her way to compound some urgent IVF medicine for us at the last minute, when everyone else around was closed or out of stock.

The manager of this business is bullying customers , breaching the Australian Privacy Act 1988 Sect 94H, and Australian Biosecurity Act Sect 60 by requesting customers show proof of signing in with an app, also rudely requesting to see mask exemption paperwork. Both highly unlawful. (Punishable with fines). Go to any chemist but this one. No other chemist on the Sunshine Coast treats customers with such disdain.

WARNING the pharmicist Bruce Chilton is extremely incompetent. constantly making mistakes when preparing medication. I have been in three times and he has stuffed up the medication on every ocassion. I have also had severe allergic reactions to his filler and when I asked him to change it, his answer was 'I have been using this for years I have no intention to change it now despite the fact that my allergy is so bad it could kill me he didnt give a dam. Bruce should not be allowed to be a pharmicist

As a resident of Yandina for my entire life (30 years!) it’s a shame to see the kind faces of the previous owners leave. Each time I walk into this place I am disgusted by the way the man talks to his staff and to customers (including myself). In the health industry I think a prerequisite would be a kind, compassionate and caring nature, and I definitely don’t feel the vibe from the pharmacist here anymore.. shame!

Pharmacist lady so kind and caring, took time to explain my medicine. Will be back with my family to ask her advice again - first time any pharmacist has done this for me. Easy parking.

Horrible experience, with a dispense tech woman. Went in yesterday to try get some medication that is out of stock. Couldn’t get it which I understand, asked what alternative medication they have available and was told everything has to be ordered. When you had my other script of the same medicine in stock?? (My doctor said it would be best to ask) Yes it does but you also hold stock wouldn’t a quick search on the computer answer my question? The lady went on to tell me they don’t make enough money off this product so they don’t worry about prioritising it. Asked about another brand if they stock it and was told rudely she is too busy to answer my questions and come back another day. There were two other people in store at the time that were waiting on scripts. My first time in the store the same lady told me my scripts look dodgy? Because she can’t read the doctors writing?? My doctor is not dodgy and neither am I. Found this very offensive. Overall worst experience in a chemist in my life.
